We are called to fight the good fight of faith. While we can be persecuted, mocked, called to turn the other cheek, and to flee from sin, we are not cowards, weak or powerless. The power to win is something that only Jesus holds and our victory comes through Him. For that reason, we fight through faith to trust Him and follow His lead.
