PARENT RESOURCE PAGE

A WORD FROM OUR FAMILY MINISTRY PASTOR

This page is designed to give you, the parents, the resources needed to disciple your kids because we know that you are the main influencer in your kids life when it comes to their faith. We pray that the time with your family will be a blessing and if there is anything else we can do to help please let us know.

SUNDAY MORNING GATHERING

It is our desire to provide age based material and discipleship activities for each of our discipleship classes. That means that each class will have a different lesson each week but we have worked to coordinate a theme that carries across all age groups to help you during your family discipleship time.

THIS MONTH'S THEME

God created us in His image and gave us the ability to also create. He wants us to use that ability to take care of his creations and show love to those around us

Bible Buddy Reading Series

Welcome to our Bible Buddy Reading program! This round we are doing Bible Buddy Reading Bingo with a emphasis on the Old Testament. We hope this challenge will help your preschool and elementary child continue with their daily Bible reading and stay connected with God. We also pray that it helps your child develop a daily quiet time with God that includes reading their Bible and getting to know God through His Word as well as a time of prayer and worship. If your child has not adopted a Bible Buddy yet they can do so on Sunday morning in the kids connection area.

Challenge Runs From August 21st to September 25th

FAITH, FUN, AND FAMILY DEVOTION

STORIES FROM THE STORYTELLER
Join the Evans family as Jonathan leverages the ministry of Jesus to teach life lessons to his five children (ages 3-13) through everyday activities and family adventures.
Seemingly normal activities—such as a fun family cooking competition, camping in the great outdoors, a trip to a theme park, or a hands-on homeschool activity—turn into hysterical adventures and epic teachable moments.

MISSIONS AND FAMILY

AND THE WORD CAM WITH POWER
This is a great true story of what God can do with a person who surrenders their life to Him! It gives the 20 year story of how Joanne Shetler gave of herself to move far away and live among the Balangao people group in the Philippines. This tells many of her adventures along the journey. It goes from learning the culture and language, through the trials and hardships of dealing with a culture that succumbs to evil spirits, and onto the completion of God's plan for these wonderful people. "God truly is more powerful than the Spirits!" You and your family will enjoy it!!
